Look.  The way I see it, is that you have a few choices here.  You can buy the research tools yourself, learn them and then use them, and spend at least $87 to $150 to get going, as well as put in at least 5-10 hours of learning time.  Or, you can simply send me your payment and let me send you all the same information for a fraction of the cost. 

When you are starting out, you don't want to be spending a lot of money, so by using my service you can get the same results for a crazy low price. 

My criteria for niches I find: 

l  For an Amazon site I will supply niches with a search volume of at least 1000 local searches a month on 'exact' settings, and a decent item sales price so you make reasonable commissions.

 

l  For an Adsense site I look for keywords where the Adsense click has a value of at least $1.00. and 1000 searches a month. Sometimes I will go slightly less if its a good product also.

l  I can also supply combined Amazon and Adsense sites.  For these I will try to make sure that the Amazon product has an exact search volume of at least 1,000 searches a month, and also try and get the highest Adsense value I can, but I have to be honest and can't guarantee that I can supply 1000 searches and an Adsense value of over $1.00 and a Top Level Domain name, every time, although I will certainly try and do so.

 

l  When searching for domain names, I usually go for a tld ..i.e. “.com”, “.org” or “.net”, BUT these are getting so hard to find now for some super niches that if i feel a niche is worth it, i will send out a niche with a long list of related keyword domain names that are available.

 

l  I use Googles tool for search volumes etc. and Market Samurai for top ten competition. I look for as many green tags as possible.  If its too hard to get it ranked in the search engines, I pass on it and look for another. Actual competition volume does not make too much difference as long as its not too hard to rank well.
